The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, received the French Republic's Minister of Foreign Affairs and Europe, Mr. Jean-Noël Barrot, who is on an official visit to Algeria, at the Ministry's headquarters on Sunday.
