The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, reiterated, on Thursday in Bechar, his commitment to improving living conditions for citizens throughout the country, thanks to projects already underway and those to be launched.
During his meeting with representatives of civil society in Bechar, as part of his working and inspection visit, the President of the Republic declared: “I support any initiative likely to make life easier for citizens”. “We have carried out, and are continuing to carry out, various projects affecting the daily lives of citizens throughout the national territory, taking into account the priorities that we must prioritize”, he added.
“We act according to our needs, without resorting to external indebtedness”, which silences voices when it comes to ‘defending just causes in the world such as the Palestinian or Saharan causes’, maintained the President of the Republic.
“We are forbidden to mortgage national sovereignty”, he insisted. “Algeria is the envy of the world”, he said, adding that ‘Algerians must defend their homeland, which honors them thanks to its colossal role in international forums’.
The President of the Republic also wished “greater security, stability, progress and prosperity for our country”.
