The President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, honored Monday at the People's Palace (Algiers) the players of the national soccer team and the technical staff after their victory in the Arab Cup Fifa 2021 in Qatar.
Senior state officials were present at the ceremony including the President of the Council of the Nation, Mr. Salah Goudjil, the President of the Assembly of the Nation , Mr. Brahim Boughali, the President of the National Assembly , the Prime Minister, Minister of Finance, Aïmene Benabderrahmane, Lieutenant General Said Chanegriha, Chief of Staff of the National People's Army (ANP), the President of the Constitutional Court, Omar Belhadj and Advisors to the President of the Republic.
The President of the Republic shook hands, one by one, with representatives of the Algerian Football Federation (FAF), the national coach, Abdelmaldjid Bougherra, players, as well as members of technical, medical and administrative staffs.
Mr. Tebboune took, thereafter, a family photo with all the players and technical staff of the national team who gave him a gold medal and the Arab trophy.
