Government meeting to review executive decrees and presentations related to various sectors

“The Prime Minister, Mr. Nadir Larbaoui, chaired, this Wednesday, August 14, 2024, a Government meeting devoted, in execution of the directives of Mr. President of the Republic, to the examination of the preparations for the next social re-entry 2024-2025, through the various procedures and proactive measures having been taken by the different sectors concerned to ensure the best conditions for the re-entry to school, for people with special needs, as well as the coming academic year and vocational training and education.

The Government also examined a draft executive decree on persons authorized to declare goods in detail, which aims to revise the regulatory framework governing the profession of customs agent, intending to strengthen customs governance and support developments in foreign trade, and adapting it to international economic developments.

The Government also examined an executive decree setting out the conditions and procedures for fishing, to promote fish products and develop deep-sea fishing.

The Government also examined several measures relating to the implementation of the supplementary development program for the province of Tissemsilt, decided by the President of the Republic, notably in its part relating to the development of the road network, and also heard a communication, within the framework of the energy transition policy, on battery recharging stations for electric cars aimed at a gradual transition to electric mobility”.
