Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad Ramtane Lamamra will start on Monday a visit to Moscow, alongside Foreign ministers of the Arab Contact Group, in order to initiate discussions with the Russian side about the conflict in Ukraine, a ministerial statement said on Sunday.
