Prime Minister chairs a meeting of the National Consultative Council for Export Promotion

The Prime Minister, Mr. Nadir Larbaoui, chaired a meeting of the National Consultative Council for Export Promotion on Sunday, at which he gave sectoral presentations on non-hydrocarbon exports over the past period and non-hydrocarbon export forecasts, by sector, for the year 2025, according to a press release from the Prime Minister's office.

During the meeting, the Council also examined “a series of proposals and measures designed to boost non-hydrocarbon exports, particularly in key sectors such as petrochemicals and mining products, agricultural and food products, pharmaceuticals and industrial products, as well as to promote the export of services”, adds the same source.

On this occasion, he called for “the elaboration of well-defined sectoral plans and programs”, as well as “the conclusion of performance contracts with economic operators with a view to achieving the outlined objectives, in accordance with the orientations of the President of the Republic”.
