Larbaoui chairs a meeting to transfer of assets confiscated in anti-corruption cases

Prime Minister Nadir Larbaoui chaired a meeting of the State Holdings Council (Conseil des participations de l'Etat - CPE) at the government palace on Sunday, devoted to the continued transfer of assets confiscated in anti-corruption cases to public institutions and organizations, with a focus on speeding up the optimal operation of the transferred production units

“Mr. Larbaoui chaired the 193rd session of the CPE, which was devoted to the continued transfer, for valuable consideration, to public institutions and organizations, of a number of movable and immovable assets confiscated by final judicial decisions in anti-corruption cases”, the statement said.

During the meeting, “ particular emphasis was placed on the need to speed up the adoption of the measures required to guarantee the optimal exploitation of the production units transferred to the national community, in accordance with the directives of the President of the Republic ”, adds the same source.
