"Our goal is to discover these personalities, especially, to young people to motivate them to take the torch by ensuring continuity, including building and serving the Algerian culture, heritage, and Algerian identity especially in the dark areas. Mezghiche, sees in the idea of recognizing the personalities of culture (writers, artists, media personalities ...), an opportunity to appeal to the authorities concerned to give them the opportunity to serve the culture instead of putting them aside, especially that "the shadow areas suffer from a severe lack of institutions and cultural centers. For the poet and former director of information at the Algerian television, Brahim Seddiki, "this tribute, unique in its kind, reinforces the junction between the old and young generations of men of letters.
